Yes, throughout Oak when you're looking at a piece of content, if you were the author or you have the appropriate security role of content manager for where the content is published, you will see a view analytics option in the page options menu in the top right hand corner.
When you click on page analytics it will show you which offices, departments and users have viewed that content whilst summarising how many users across the organisation can see it and out of those how many have.
The analytics report will even distinguish between unique views and repeat views whilst you will also be able to export this report
