If you’d like to access Oak while you’re on the go, you can pair your desktop account with the mobile app. You can pair as many devices as needed, provided your organisation’s intranet team has given you permission.
On desktop, go to Profile > Settings > Devices and select + Add Device to generate a QR code and pairing code, valid for 10 minutes.
Open the Oak mobile app and enter your organisation’s domain (for example, example.oak.com). You can find this in your desktop browser’s URL. If your organisation has a custom Oak app, you won’t be asked to enter the domain.
Tap Use Alternative Methods and choose either QR code or pairing code. If using a QR code, your mobile camera will open to allow you to scan the code displayed on your desktop. If using a pairing code, enter the code shown on screen.
Complete the setup, including accepting the terms and conditions and setting up Face/Touch ID or a PIN. Once complete, you’ll have quick access to Oak without needing to log in again unless you log out.
