Meet your Oak team

David Rackstraw
Support Team Lead

Dave joined Oak in 2007 as an application developer before transitioning over to the support team where he found a passion for helping people get the best from the product. He has led the Oak Support team since 2017 and is committed to providing a world class customer support experience - there is nothing better knowing that at the end of the day you have made a customer's day a little or a lot more easier.

In his spare time he enjoys spending time with the family, supporting Sunderland (does anyone enjoy supporting Sunderland) and has recently bought a Peloton bike to get more active.

Chris Green
First Line Support Specialist

Chris joined Oak having completed a Business Computing degree at Sunderland University. Having always working in a customer centric environment from a young age he was eager to combine his studies and experience in helping customers overcome problems and find solutions in their day to day work.

He loves going to gigs and has a bit of an obsession with Oasis. In his spare time he can be found trawling ebay looking to add to his vinyl collection and also playing and watching football.
