First, add the anchor in a Custom Content Applet. Place your cursor where you want the anchor to appear, then select Insert > Anchor from the Content Editor Toolbar. Enter an Anchor ID, for example Oak, and select OK.
Next, highlight the text you want users to click and select the link icon. Choose Custom Link, then enter # followed by the exact Anchor ID, for example #Oak. Make sure Open in current window is selected, then select Confirm.
Publish the content or homepage to test the anchor link.
