If you need an overview of the content being produced on your intranet, there are several content reports available:
- Content published by area
- Content views by area
- Content due for review
- Content due to expire or already expired
The first two reports provide a useful summary of content creation and viewing trends. Anyone with the Site Report Viewers security role in the business area can access these reports from the Reporting section.
You can also view analytics for individual pieces of content. If you are the author, creator, or have the Content Managers security role for the relevant area, select View Analytics from the page controls.
This shows information such as who has viewed the content, along with publishing details including who approved it.
