The person who created the area is known as the Area Manager. The Area Manager will be automatically given the following security roles for the new area:
Area Managers
Area Security Managers
Area Homepage Managers
Content Managers
Manage Area Hubs
View Area Hubs
Process Managers
Process Results Viewers
Process Submitters
Q&A Moderators. Any new members added to the area will automatically become a Content Contributor, meaning they can create content but it will need to be reviewed by a Content Reviewer before it is published.
