Is there somewhere that I can see all emails that have been sent from the intranet?

Yes. If you have the System Managers Security Role, you can access the full email log.

Go to Configure > Auditing > Email Log. From there, you can filter sent and pending emails, search by subject or date, and select an email to view its full details.
