Any emails you send from Oak will have your intranet branding that is pulled from the login page in your default branding theme.
To view or edit the login page, you will need to have the System Manager permission. Go to the Actions button > Configure > Site Settings. From the Site Settings, go to Branding and edit your default theme. Under the Login tab, you can update your branding, including the logo, which will be included on sent emails.
