The Carousel layout uses several image ratios across homepages, including 16:9, 5:1, 1:1, 4:3 and 12:5.
To update the image, go to the content’s Publication page and find Content Preview. Upload a new image, then use the Content Applet Thumbnail Manager to adjust the focal point for each image ratio.
