Offices and departments must be provided with unique names.
It's not possible to create a department and office with the same name within Oak but you may face issues when you're importing from Active Directory. This is because Active Directory will allow a user to have a matching office and department so we advise that you check your Active Directory information to ensure you don’t have offices and departments with matching names.
