Any emails that have been triggered to be sent will instantly join a processing queue within Oak, ready to be actioned and sent. It's possible that you may experience a short delay during periods of high demand/activity. It’s also worth noting that whilst we can control when an email is sent, we're unable to control when a recipient receives it due to varying email settings.
