Entra ID (formerly Active Directory) is a useful way to maintain and update user information. The user fields that are currently supported and can be managed from Entra ID are:
First name
Last name
Email address
Account status
Job title
Manager
Office
Department
Landline
Mobile
Profile picture
User groups
You would need to ensure that these options are ticked in Entra ID. By default, user groups and user images are not ticked.
