Yes, an incomplete claim will save as a draft for you to edit and submit later.
Hitting the back button or exiting the browser window will automatically save your expense claim as a draft. To edit your draft, find it under My Claims and click the three dots > edit.
Once submitted you are no longer able to edit unless it is rejected. In this case it will become editable again to enable you to update and re-submit for approval.
