A native credential is a username and password used specifically to sign in to your Oak intranet. Other authentication options, such as Single Sign-On, may also be available depending on how your organisation has configured Oak.
To change your password, open your Profile in the top-right corner and select Change Your Password from the drop-down menu. From there, follow the prompts to update your password. Any password requirements can be viewed using the information icon.
