To view the number of people who have paired their mobile devices, as well as the total number of paired devices, you must have the System Manager permission.
Go to Actions > Configure, then select Site Settings > Devices.
Here, you’ll see:
- The number of users who have paired at least one device.
- The total number of paired devices across your organisation.
Can’t see the totals? Check that device pairing is enabled under Site Settings > Devices, and that your permissions have been set at the top business level.
