A System Manager can customise the navigation bar at the bottom of the mobile app, keeping it focused on what matters most to your organisation.
To customise, go to Actions and then Site Settings. From here, select Applications and scroll down to Devices.
Click into the Navigation Bar tab and toggle on/off Aria, Hubs or Instant Messenger.
Note: Home, Search and Menu can't be switched off, as they are core to getting around the intranet.
Whatever you set applies across the whole organisation, not just your own mobile app, and you can switch anything back on at any time. People who aren't site admins don't need to do anything; they'll just see a bottom bar that has been tidied up to match how your organisation works.
