Sometimes you need everyone in work on the same day, for example for a company conference or a busy trading period.
The Absence application lets you add a restricted absence, which stops anyone across your organisation from booking time off on those dates.
This guide will walk you through adding, changing and removing a restricted absence.
This guide covers:
Before you start:
- The Absence application must be switched on. See How to enable the Absence application.
- You need the Absence Configuration Manager permission.
- A restricted absence applies to your whole organisation. You can't currently restrict it to particular areas or groups.
