You're unlikely to exceed this limit unless you're uploading an exceptionally long video in the highest production format. If your file exceeds 5GB, consider splitting it into smaller parts or reducing its quality. This will make it faster and easier for users to download and view.
Your intranet comes with a total storage capacity of 100GB by default.
