This account is used for specific system-level functionality, such as creating Site Admins, which cannot be done by other account types. In rare cases, Oak may also need access to it for support purposes.
For this reason, we recommend keeping the system account separate from all other user accounts and retaining its original name. As a special system account, it is not intended for everyday use and changing or repurposing it may cause issues in the future.
