Microsoft Entra ID can be used to automatically create and update user information within Oak, reducing the need for manual user management.
Users within configured Organisational Units (OUs) can be created automatically in Oak, and the OIS configuration tool under Site Settings > OIS allows you to control which user information is synchronised.
Groups and group memberships can also be synchronised, helping you manage user groups within the intranet more efficiently.
Entra ID can also support Single Sign-On (SSO), allowing users to access Oak without entering a separate username and password. This helps make access to the intranet quicker and easier.
