If you have the 'Absences Report Managers' role you will see the ‘Entitlement’ option in the control panel found under the configure menu. This option gives you access to the entitlement reports.
These reports are generated automatically each night so that you have an overview of users’ entitlement available at all times and ready for you to filter, sort and even export to Microsoft Excel.
You can create a fresh report at any time to give you the very latest figures; however it should be noted that for large clients it may take a little while for the report to generate.
