Yes, you can synchronise user groups from Entra ID (formerly Active Directory) to Oak. To enable this you'll need to ensure that the Groups option is ticked within your Entra ID synchronisation settings under the site settings menu.
This synchronisation ensures that user groups in Entra ID are reflected in Oak. Any groups assigned to a user in Entra ID will be automatically created in Oak if they don’t already exist.
