The login page can be customised by a System Manager within your default branding theme.
Go to Actions > Configure > Site Settings > Branding, then locate the branding theme marked with the default tag and select Edit.
From the four tabs, select Login. Here you can customise the login page, including the imagery displayed on the right-hand side.
