Please be aware that you cannot have two areas with the same name under a single parent within oak. An example of this may be a department called ‘stores’ and a location called ‘stores’ both directly under the Oak Business area. This can cause a problem with user synchronisation should you have users in AD with identical location and department information. Should this happen, when Oak tries to create the user, it is forced to create departments and offices if they don’t already exist. If the creation of one of these area causes a duplication in area name then the creation of that user and the related area will fail.
